Expedition Log #2

My personal vision about leader is consist some elements, however, tow characters write below are most important.

First, leader should act first. This vision was formulated through my junior high school club activity and part time job at prep school. At such activity, leader’s job is continuous. Therefore Leaders have to get reliance from others. For that, present necessity of action. Therefore, leaders required to persuade other member. If leaders only told, others can not work as leader wish because others does not understand necessity. In other case, they willing to do work because feel sense of unfair. They question about work, in other words, question about leader’s ability. If leader act voluntary, other members never feel sense of unfair.

Second, the best leader personality is frank and open. In the word of open mind and frank, there are many means are contained. At first, if leader does not have open mind, others can not know about leader, or can not communicate with leader. Furthermore, if leader is not frank, leader is potential to suffer from presser or mind disorders. Such kinds of person might be optimist, this is also good. However, this is limited by moderate level., in other words, optimist means the person who can change way of thinking toward positive way when encounter on hardship.
