The team message, Core of team value

One sentence expresed the theme of chapter 5, "Almost everything that he did was designed to promote the message of team unity." I was moved this part, because in last class, Ken told us to two quotation.
One says "All living is meeting", the other says "A person is person because of other people".
These sentences are well describing storong point of message for teammembers. Text told us that to succeding at the Edge, we have to keep on touching oters. It is bond of comunication. However, keep on touching team members is difficult in sometime.
 That was my second year of high school. We were soccer team, but some members were disagreed with playing with because they can't become regular, or intent on study. team seemed to disintegrate. Therefore, members who want to meintain the club had decided to consult on teacher, and got permit of taking one week rest. During a week, we talked about club stance by using cell-phone e-mail. And we also declosed dissatisfaction about club. In addition, every members had wrote the opinion about club. Eventually, we all load these opiion. These wrer message, after that, we could get real voice of member. Most of them wrer unexpected. In other words, these important message can not get thorough the ordinary activity, therefore we got precious message. Eventually, few members had leave the club, but club bonds were reinforced well.
 Message is precious because it can express the storong solidarity between people and people.
